The brow hairs are set into place to look fluffier and more defined, and have a slicked-up, shiny look. It's great for that feathery, editorial look that was previously only possible with genetics or soap brows. If you plan on working in California, You must be a licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Nurse In order to practice Brow Lamination in the state of California. This course is for professionals that have had state accredited training. You will be asked to provide proof of license prior to attending the course.
